Payment Options

iDEAL is the fastest way to pay for Dutch customers — you are redirected to your own bank and approve the payment in your banking app.

• Select iDEAL at checkout and choose your bank.
• Approve the payment in your banking app or online banking.
• You are returned to our site and the order is confirmed instantly.
• Stocked lines ordered before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same business day.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are processed by our regulated payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

• Choose card payment at checkout.
• Enter your card details on the secure payment page.
• Confirm with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) if your bank asks for it.
• Once authorised, we email your order confirmation.

Wallet payments let you check out in a couple of taps using the card already stored on your device, authenticated by Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.

• Select Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout.
• Confirm the amount and delivery address shown in the wallet sheet.
• Authenticate with your device.
• The order is confirmed instantly and a receipt is emailed to you.

Bank transfer is our preferred method for project and higher-volume orders anywhere in the SEPA area.

• Select bank transfer at checkout, or ask us for a proforma invoice.
• Our IBAN and your unique order reference are shown on the proforma invoice we send you.
• Quote the reference so we can match the payment to your order.
• Goods are dispatched once cleared funds are received — normally 1–2 business days for SEPA transfers.

We will never email you to say our bank details have changed. If you receive such a message, call us on +31 670994110 before sending any funds.

Panel builders, installers and contractors can request a business account with payment on invoice, typically 14 or 30 days net after a credit check. VAT invoices are issued for every order and valid EU VAT numbers can be applied where the intra-community reverse charge is available. Email info@xfg-market.com to set this up.

Catalogue prices are indicative EUR ranges excluding 21% Dutch VAT. The exact article prices, VAT treatment and total payable are confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation before you pay. Any charges applied by your own bank are your responsibility.

All transactions are encrypted in transit and handled by PSD2-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment providers. Payments may be subject to fraud screening; where a payment is flagged, we may ask you to verify your identity before dispatch.
